Foundation level Modules

This module introduces students to the fundamental concepts and principles of marketing. Students will explore the role of marketing in business and society, and learn how to develop effective marketing strategies and plans for new products or services. The module covers topics such as market research, segmentation, targeting, positioning, and the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and place). Additionally, students will analyze and evaluate marketing strategies used by real-world companies and apply creative problem-solving skills to address marketing challenges and opportunities. 

The module will include a range of learning and teaching activities, including lectures, workshops, case studies, group projects, and individual assessments. By completing the module, students will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a variety of marketing roles.
